Masking
With 30 years of Photoshop experience and backgrounds removed with precision and detail from more than a thousand images, I bring extensive expertise in masking a wide range of images.

For this image, I used different techniques to mask everything, from the larger elements like the tires and frame to the finer details like the individual spokes and gears of the bicycle.
I also created a tire in 3D to serve as a 'shadow catcher', producing a more realistic shadow with accurate falloff, which I then composited back into the final image.
For this image, in addition to the initial masking, I used luminosity masking techniques on the pram's mesh net, selectively masking pixels based on their brightness values to create a semi-transparent effect.
